@ChaseSupport horrible horrible horrible customer service!!! Told y’all over and over to post my pay off check for my car loan and you still haven’t!! You have had it since sept 13!!!! It is now the 21st! I am constantly getting notices to pay my loan-I DONT HAVE THAT CAR ANYMORE

@ChaseSupport I've had the worst customer service from calling the 800# on the back of my card. The 1st rep gave me incorrect info & now I'm w/out being able to use my card!! Called a 2nd time & they transferred me to the incorrect dept & still can't use my card.Worse experience.

DO NOT BANK W/ @Chase @ChaseSupport FOR YOUR BUSINESS.OVER 10+ YEARS OF US HAVING A BUSINESS ACCOUNT & THEY ARE TREATING US LIKE GARBAGE.EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE HAS FAILED TO RESOLVE OUR ACCOUNT ISSUES AND DISCONNECTED OUR CALL WITHOUT WARNING.

@chasesupport also Twice rejected my fraud claims on Sunday mornings. @chase isn't open to speak with me on a Sunday morning. How did that letter end up getting to me at 6:14am if no one is working right now? Are you trying to deter me from calling you???????

Every time I call @Chase customer service, I am told that I will be transferred to another department, but then I just linger in the twilight zone of silence.

@eBay @ChaseSupport It took you weeks to remove the seller when you could have done it immediately. You still refuse to take any action to help rectify this situation. Why should anyone use your app when it's so easy to lose hundreds of dollars and you don't care?

@Chase still haven't received my replacement and, paradox, can't make a booking on Chase travel and the customer support can't help. For the annual fee I pay, this is horrible customer experience. Discover sends a replacement card in 1 working day. And so does Amex.
